1. Helen picked up one of her favourite sweet treats at a market in Kyaukme this week, bamboo filled with coconut sticky rice before boarding the night bus to Yangon, Myanmar (Burma).
2. Helen was busy blogging whilst enjoying an iced coffee and buko pie – a traditional Filipino baked young-coconut custard pie – from Julie’s Bakeshop inside Robinson’s Mall, Philippines.
3. Banana and toffee lie between the layers of moist sponge in Beceries‘ banoffee cake, available at Gracie-Ann’s, Port Solent. Topped off with another layer of sticky toffee with buttercream and sprinkles around the sides.
4. A very fresh and moist apple and blackberry cake from Southsea Coffee Co. Southsea.
5. Made by my own fair hands. My Graze breakfast box this week included this lovely orange and macadamia granola so I copied Southsea Coffee’s breakfast pot by layering it with Total Greek Yogurt, Rowse honey and fresh raspberries. Delicious, if I do say so myself.
